The Locations We Cover

We work with clients across key commercial locations in Nigeria and with clients based abroad who have legal matters connected to Nigeria. Instructions cover business operations, property transactions, and regulatory processes across multiple locations, requiring document review, filings with relevant authorities, coordination between offices, and completion of approvals before transactions are concluded.

01. Lagos

Lagos is where a large part of our work is based. Many clients operate businesses or hold property interests within the city, particularly in commercial and residential areas where transactions and agreements require careful documentation. We work on matters involving company operations, contract arrangements, and property transactions connected to Lagos-based assets and business activity.

02. Ogun

We work with clients involved in property acquisitions, land documentation, and business activity in Ogun State. This often includes transactions linked to development, investment, or expansion outside Lagos while still within its commercial influence.

03. Abuja (FCT)

We advise on matters involving federal regulatory processes, company-related filings, and property transactions within the Federal Capital Territory. Many instructions relate to dealings with government institutions or regulated sectors.

04. Other Parts of Nigeria

We also work on matters arising in other states where clients have business interests, property holdings, or regulatory obligations. These often require coordination across multiple agencies or documentation held in different jurisdictions.

05. Clients Outside Nigeria

We work with clients based outside Nigeria who have business or property interests within the country. These instructions often involve managing transactions, reviewing documents, or completing processes that require coordination locally while the client remains abroad.
